Psionic Migraines (D)
You suffer from power psionic migraines that render your head extremely sensitive.
You can't wear hats or helmets.
Psionic Migraines (D) is a mental defect that disallows the player from wearing helmets or anything in the head slot. This property extends to extra heads granted by mutation or other means, such as the extra head granted by the 
Two-headed mutation.[1]
Players attempting to manually equip an item in a head slot will be met the following message:
Your head is too sensitive to wear that. |

Advantages
- Grants 4 extra points to spend during character creation
Disadvantages
- Prevents the player from benefitting from the increased stats and effects granted by head-slot equipment
- Poor synergy with the Two-headed mutation
