polarized girshling

Star orchid saliva pools at right angles on the tips of its latticed fangs and drips onto pallid leg-things. It shudders in the capture of some pristine ecstasy lost to space and time, and it lets out a proud and piercing whine.

Perfect

Polarized girshlings are creatures that belong to the Girsh and arachnid factions. They can be found randomly in the Moon Stair, and are especially numerous in the chuppah of Girsh Qas and Girsh Qon.[1] Their unique ability is derived specifically from Girsh Qas.

Polarized girshlings automatically create forcefields that link between other members of their species.[2] These forcefields are only able to reach between polarized girshlings within 5 cells of one another, but can be chained between them to make walls longer than 5 cells long.[1] Forcefields cannot connect two polarized girshlings if there are occluding materials, such as walls, directly between them. The forcefield is created in one single line, which may bend in any angle but never cross over itself, and may be created on top of non-occluding creatures. As is typical for forcefields, they are based in reality distortion and may be destroyed via normality.[3]

Unlike many other types of girshling, polarized girshling do not have unique fang weapons.
