Phase-Harmonic: This weapon can affect both in-phase and out-of-phase objects.

Phase-harmonic is a mod that allows a weapon to affect both in-phase and out-of-phase targets. In other words, the weapon becomes omniphase.[1]

Phase-harmonic can be applied to:

Phase-harmonic grenades become omniphase immediately before they explode. They are not omniphase during a throw.

Missile weapons with this mod will require an energy cell if they didn't already, and use an additional 100 charge per shot.
