Grit Gate

Still erect is the superior half of the clossal gate inscribed with the runes of a hundred indecipherable tongues. Beneath its chrome palings a wide passage opens into the jungle loam.

Perfect

The main section of Grit gate is down 3 strata, and north one screen. The first time the player visits, only the bottom most cave will be explorable. The room with Mafeo will be opened if the communications panel is talked to again after More Than a Willing Spirit is accepted or the player has a merchant's token. As the player progresses through the main story line, more rooms will be unlocked. Once More Than a Willing Spirit is completed, the player will gain access to the main atrium, and the stairs down towards the remainder of the lower tunnels.

The local recipe is the Porridge.

More Than a Willing Spirit

First static quest in the storyline that can be accepted from the communications panel, that tasks the player with delving the depths of Golgotha in search of a scrapped waydroid. It is turned in to Otho whom can be found in his office after gaining access to the compound.

Decoding the Signal

Becomes available after More Than a Willing Spirit and is the first quest directly received from Otho. It tasks the player with locating Mechanimist Temple of the Rock found just below the Cryobarrios in Bethesda Susa. After interacting with the baetyl, it can then be turned back in to Otho.

The Earl of Omonporch

Becomes available after Decoding the Signal and is the second quest directly received from Otho. It tasks the player with traveling to Omonporch and securing the Spindle from Asphodel, Earl of Omonporch in 1 or 3 ways. After it's secure, it can then be turned back in to Otho

Grave Thoughts

Becomes active with an activation timer set for A Call to Arms after The Earl of Omonporch is completed, signaled by a screen shake effect and by an announcement from Otho. It tasks the player with interacting with Ereshkigal. It can be turned in after by speaking with Otho.

A Call to Arms

Becomes active after a number of turns, or after interacting with Ereshkigal during Grave Thoughts. If Ereshkigal is interacted with beforehand: the player has a number of turns to activate defenses, if not however: the next step automatically becomes active.

The Assessment

Becomes active after A Call to Arms, and is complete upon speaking to Otho. It grants reputation based on a given score. Otho will then grant the chrome key to which one can then enter Barathrum's Study from the stairs.

Due to the presence of force projectors, if a player happens to have the Domination mutation, Spray-a-Brain, or a nano-neuro animator: one can animate any of the force barriers, dominate it, and disconnect oneself from the projector thus ceasing to exist.
