The hallowed ground upon which the Spindle, a lengthless needle of Maya blue, meets the earth from where it pierces the firmament.
Atop the Spindle, where debtors and birds go.

Omonporch is the base of the Spindle located within the 
banana groves. It is ruled over by 
Asphodel, Earl of Omonporch.
When the player first enters Omonporch, they will arrive in the Court of the Sultans, with a statue of each of the 6 sultans that have previously ruled over Qud. Note that hostile creatures will still spawn within the court. Continuing north lies the Arcade to the Twin Gates.
The Arcade holds the main entrances to the Tomb of the Eaters, the Life Gate and the Death Gate, both locked shut. There is also a dirt path with a sign pointing to the west in the direction of the village of 
Ezra.
Scattered about are several ruined murals of the past 6 sultans that are unable to be read.

The Earl of Omonporch
The player is first asked to visit Omonporch to secure the rights to the Spindle in The Earl of Omonporch. The player is then tasked to speak with the earl there in order to appease xem.
Depending on how the conversation goes, Asphodel will then hold a conference with the 4 most favored factions in the center where the asphodelytes currently gather.
Tomb of the Eaters
The Tomb of the Enters is guarded by two large gates, but only the Death Gate leads further into the Tomb. After acquiring the Mark of Death, The door will automatically open for those who have it tattooed on their body. The path then leads down a small shaft, where the real dungeon begins.
