The circle of light in the chord of Ehalcodon is a unique Floating Nearby item obtained by pacifying or killing Starformed Ehalcodon. Like the circles of the other Girsh Nephilim, it raises the wielder's mutation levels and cybernetics license tier. Its unique effect is granting the wielder the Quantum Fugue mutation.
