Like the circles of the other Girsh Nephilim, it raises the wielder's mutation levels and cybernetics license tier. Its unique effect gives the wearer an additional set of arms (chelipeds), akin to helping hands, but with spotted claws equipped to each hand (pincer), which are natural weapon long blades with an unlimited PV cap and 3d6 damage.
