Hydraulic power

Hydraulic power works based on the forced movement of liquid, typically water. Generally speaking, liquid is forced through tube-like conduits, such as glass hydraulic pipes, until it reaches a mechanism that can receive and utilize the hydraulic power.[1] Hydraulic power can also be conveyed through walls that have the with piping mod.[2]
Hydraulic systems are found in Grit Gate and Yd Freehold, and both locations use a combination of pipes and walls with piping.[3][4]

Notes
Hydraulic power is distinct from the mechanical power generated by a wooden water wheel. Mechanically speaking for Caves of Qud, these are unrelated. Conceptually speaking, one might imagine the water wheel as an object that converts hydraulic power into mechanical power.
