Hydraulic power

Hydraulic power works based on the forced movement of liquid, typically water. Generally speaking, liquid is forced through tube-like conduits, such as glass hydraulic pipes, until it reaches a mechanism that can receive and utilize the hydraulic power. Hydraulic power can also be conveyed through walls that have the with piping mod.

Hydraulic systems are found in Grit Gate and Yd Freehold, and both locations use a combination of pipes and walls with piping.

Notes

Hydraulic power is distinct from the mechanical power generated by a wooden water wheel. Mechanically speaking for Caves of Qud, these are unrelated. Conceptually speaking, one might imagine the water wheel as an object that converts hydraulic power into mechanical power.
