The muscles knit across their spine have shrunken to near-nothing, and the pleats in their ornamental kittel sag in their absence. They vibrates to the frequency of another timeplace.
Disciples of the Sightless Way are members of the Seekers of the Sightless Way faction. One disciple of the Sightless Way is always guaranteed to be found in the Temple of the Rock in 
Bethesda Susa.[1] Additional disciples can be found as random encounters throughout most of Bethesda Susa, including the surface and several of the lower levels.[2] Similar to most creatures, they also have a small chance to be found as random encounters throughout other parts of the world.
The disciple of the Sightless Way will always have 1 random mental mutation of a level from 1 and 4.[3]
The disciple is the faction delegate for the Seekers of the Sightless Way at the First Council of Omonporch.
