Template:Dice ceil based average truncated

Meant for use as a template parameter for Module:Dice/Format. Returns only the truncated (integer) mean for a dice roll string.

This particular version is intended for stat calculate specifically, because the game uses a math.ceil function on the stat roll + multiplier
