Black marble was rasped into a vaulted canvas of emptiness, and then left, inspiring wonder at what could have been.
These murals are associated with the fifth period sultanate, and depict major events in the life of that sultan. They can be found within the Tomb of the Eaters. While some sultans can also generate with exterior mural variants outside the tomb in places such as Ezra or Omonporch, murals from the fifth period sultan do not ever appear in these places and can be found only inside the tomb.
Each separate period of the sultanate has a unique mural color scheme that remains the same across playthroughs.
Description
The description for each mural is dynamically generated based on the sultan's history and will begin with the phrase: The tomb mural depicts a significant event from the life of the ancient sultan, *SultanName*, followed by a recounting of that history. Specifically, the "tomb inscription" variant of the sultan history event will be used in the mural's description. For example:
The tomb mural depicts a significant event from the life of the ancient sultan, Ushid II: |
Ruined murals instead have a dynamically generated description that states:
The tomb mural depicts a significant event from the life of the ancient sultan *SultanName*, but it's no longer legible. |
Blank murals will have the default description noted at the top of this page.
