gallbeards. Players with the Meal Preparation skill can preserve gallbeard glands into 
gallbeard gland paste, a cooking ingredient that grants level 5 Poison Breath when cooked with. The gland can also be consumed directly, which causes the consumer to immediately expel a single burst of Poison Breath.
