This item increases the chance of recovering additional bits when you disassemble an artifact.
The basic toolkit gives a +10 bonus to Disassemble checks while it is in the inventory, improving the chances of acquiring more bits when disassembling an artifact. This bonus does not stack with other basic toolkits or 
advanced toolkits. It does not provide any bonus to Artifact examination.
